Our company’s policy is to produce and use clean and renewable energy thanks to:
SOLAR PANELS: Photovoltaic panels with a total nominal value of 450 kW are installed on the roofs of the structure.
WOOD CHIP BOILER: Powered 100% by sawmill waste, it produces hot water for sanitary use and heating. Thanks to the heat exchanger, the system also produces cold water used for cooling the rooms and common areas.
BIOGAS: Equipped with two 22 kW engines powered by gases from barn waste for energy production.
Thanks to these three technologies, our entire company achieves 135% energy independence.
Additionally, the use of technology for the care and feeding of animals has allowed us to reduce emissions by 60%.
We also support small producers and small businesses in the area to establish new social relationships, allowing us to exchange opinions and viewpoints with other Valtellina producers.
For us, seeing the face of someone who has produced something with their own hands is worth more than many seals of guarantee.
